Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Master Services Agreement between SyncraDent and the Customer.

1. Definitions

"Personal Data", "Processing", "Controller", and "Processor" shall have the meanings given to them in the GDPR.

2. Role of Parties

The parties acknowledge that Key Agreement regarding the processing of Personal Data is that Customer is the Controller and SyncraDent is the Processor.

3. Obligations of Processor

SyncraDent shall process Personal Data only on documented instructions from the Controller. We ensure that persons authorized to process the personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality.

4. Security Measures

SyncraDent implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption and regular testing of effectiveness.

5. Sub-processors

Customer grants general authorization to SyncraDent to engage sub-processors. We will inform you of any intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of other processors.
